宁夏枸杞固碳潜力的初步研究 被引量:2

摘要 对宁夏枸杞的光合固碳潜力和生物量碳进行了研究,结果显示:宁夏枸杞季节性光合固碳速率的动态变化呈单峰曲线,单位叶面积光合固碳率在7月份有最大值0.000 24g/(m2.s-1),全株光合固碳量在8月份有最大值0.584g/(m2.s-1);确定出用地上总生物量(x)估测宁夏全株生物量(y)的最佳数学函数关系式为:y=1.247x-3.101(R2=0.960,P<0.05),为评价宁夏枸杞生物量以及固碳量提供了一种简单有效的方法;对宁夏地区枸杞进行采样调查,得知总生物量和总固碳量分别为1.05×105 t和5.29×104 t,由此可见,宁夏枸杞的固碳作用在宁夏地区是不可忽视的. the photosynthetic carbon sequestration and biomass of Ningxia wolfberry(Lycium barbarum) have been researched. The result showed: 1. there was a single peak curve for photosynthetic carbon sequestration of Ningxia wolfberry in grow season, and the highest value of photosynthetic carbon sequestration per unit leaf area was 0.24 mz gC/(m2 · s-1 ) in July, but the highest value of whole plant photosynthetic carbon sequestration was 0. 584 gC/(m2 · s-1) in August; 2. we also have established a function with above-biomass(x) to assess whole plant biomass(y), the function was "y= 1. 247×-3. 101 (Rz =0. 960,P〈0.05) ; Thirdly, by investigation in some of Ningxia wolfberry main cultivation region of Ningxia, we found that whole biomass and sequestrated carbon by Ningxia wolfberry were 1.05 ×10s t and 5.29×104 t respectively, so we got a tentative berry should not to be neglected. conclusion that the carbon sequestration of Ningxia wolf berry should not to be neglected.
