摘要
对以R410A为制冷剂的小型空冷空调器在多功能环境实验室中完成了变换环境、制冷剂不足工况下制冷循环实验。在温度为25-40℃的实验环境下,分别采集了制冷剂流量、吸排气温度、蒸发温度和压力等波动信号,同时利用高速摄影仪对实验段流动图像进行了拍摄。最后,将这些数据与正常制冷循环时进行了对比分析。结果表明:在高温环境下流量和压力变化平缓;随着环境温度的升高,排气温度降低,蒸发温度和吸气温度升高,过热度增大。同时,实验段出现液-气分层流,泡-气分层流两种主要流型变化。
The experiments of small air conditioning system with R410A as refrigerant are completed in the multi-purpose environmental laboratory.The fluctuation signals of refrigerant flow,suction and discharge temperature,evaporation temperature and pressure are collected at 25 to 40℃.At the same time the flow images of the experiment are captured by the high-speed photography.In the end,after the comprehensive comparative analysis between these data on the condition of insufficient refrigerant and the normal,the results show that the refrigerant flow and the pressure change slowly in the high temperature and that the discharge temperature decreases,the evaporation temperature and the suction temperature elevate and the superheat increases as the ambient temperature elevates.At the same time,it can be seen that there are two regimes of vapor-liquid two-phase flow pattern at the out-let of expansion valve.
