摘要
从湿式双离合器的工作特点入手,在分析多片离合器的摩擦类型和润滑机理的基础上,对湿式离合器的摩擦过程进行了分析,建立了湿式双离合器接合过程的当量摩擦半径和摩擦转矩建模以及湿式离合器自动变速器换档的动力学模型,为湿式多片离合器的进一步研究提供了相关的理论依据。
This thesis begins with characteristics of wet double clutch transmission(DCT),analyzes the engagement process based on the analysis of the friction type and lubrication mechanism of DCT.And it also builds the equivalent friction radius and friction torque in the engagement process of DCT and the DCT dynamic model for simulation,which provides related theoretical basis for the further research of the wet DCT.
