摘要
本文观察静脉滴注毛冬青甲素对不同血压状况家兔的动脉血压、心率和颈动脉窦压力感受性反射敏感性的影响.结果表明毛冬青甲素能使正常血压兔、硝普钠性急性低血压兔的动脉血压升高;去甲肾上腺素性急性高血压兔的动脉血压降低;心率均减慢;提高正常血压兔窦反射敏感性;抑制低血压兔窦反射的敏感性.其机理可能与增加心肌收缩力、提高心肌顺应性、降低周围血管紧张性及抑制交感中枢活性等有关.
To study the influence of Ilexonin A (IA) on cardiovascular function and its mechanism, three groups of rabbits (23 in total) with different blood pressure levels were observed for five minutes after intervenous injection of IA to see the changes of blood pressure, heart rate and the sensitivity of arotid sinus reflex. The results showed: for the rabbits with normal blood pressure, IA caused a definite increase of both arteries blood pressure and carotid sinus reflex sensitivity; and for the rabbits with hypertension, a significant pressor effect, but a decrease of carotid sinus reflex sensitivity; and for the rabbits with hypertension, a significant depressor effect with a cease of carotid sinus reflex. It suggested that the pressor effect was probably concerned with the increase of heart muscle contractibility and the decrease of carotid sinus reflex sensitivity; but the depressor effect may be concerned with the decrease of tonicity of arteries walls or the inhibition of vasoconstrictor effect of the sympathetic center.
