摘要
当今高校的发展规模、竞争趋势对其管理提出了改革要求,高校必须求变才能维持竞争力而继续发展。业务外包在企业范围获得的成功,使高等教育界对这一种新的管理手段有所联想。虽然在后勤、教辅范畴的业务外包已经试行了一段时间,但高校对于核心业务的外包仍须谨思慎行。因此,对业务外包在高校开展的可行性作进一步探析,也具有现实意义。
The capacity,competitive pressure and the trend of operations require more corresponding measures from the university management.The universities must seek for changes to sustain competitiveness.Outsourcing has achieved great success in the business circle;therefore some scholars are giving thought about how outsourcing can contribute to higher education sector.Logistic and other education-supporting sectors of a university has practiced outsourcing for quite a while,however,universities are very conservative about outsourcing their core sectors.This article is about to how do a general analysis on the feasibility of the employment of outsourcing strategy in universities.
