摘要
我国在立法上虽然设立了食品召回制度,但是,由于其缺乏统一的法律保障体系,监管体制、监管机构及信息公开等方面存在诸多问题。完善食品召回制度,应首先完善相关的法律体系,建立健全相关制度,并形成食品召回的有力监督机制。
Though food recall system has been established in our legislation,however,because of the lack of uniform legal protection system,there are many problems in regulatory regime,regulatory bodies,and information disclosure.In order to improve food recall system,we must firstly improve the relevant legal system,build up a sound system,and form a powerful regulatory mechanism for food recall.
