摘要
本研究采用软X射线和6 0 Coγ射线照射外源DNA ,通过花粉管通道将外源DNA直接导入大豆。结果表明 :不同的射线、不同的剂量照射使DNA的紫外吸收值发生变化 ,并影响导入后代的出苗率 ,使后代在第一代发生变异。
Foreign DNA was irradiated with soft X-ray and 60 Coγ-ray and was introduced into soybean through pollen tube channel. The result showed that the change of kind of ray and its dosage made the ultraviolet absorption of the DNA and the rate of emergence of D 1 seeds changed. The variation occurred in D 1 generation.
