摘要
1913年西北大学学报《学丛》创刊号上发表的文章反映了早期西北大学的法政学术研究,以担当国家民族大义为其学术责任,以融会中西、独立研究为学术品质,以切事中时、致用求是为其学术宗旨,折射出近代中国法政教育之一斑,对当今法学研究仍具有相当程度的借鉴性,在中国法治史上留下了深深的足迹。
According to the articles on taws and politics published in the inaugural issue of Northwest niversity Journal Xue Cong in 1913, it can be seen that the early academic researches on laws and politics at Northwestern University took the national cause as their academic responsibilities and integrating Chinese and Western and inde- pendent study as the academic quality. The academic purpose was to discuss the current events honestly and cor- rectly. All these reflected the education of laws and politics in modern Chinese history. These findings can be of great significance in today＇s legal research.
