新疆棉铃虫的抗寒性研究 被引量:22

ON THE COLD HARDINESS OF COTTON BOLL WORM POPULATIONS FROM XINJIANG UYGUR AUTONOMOUS REGION

摘要 研究了新疆地区不同气候带棉铃虫种群的抗寒能力。结果表明,新疆棉铃虫滞育蛹的过冷却点分布于-21.69~-21.11℃,明显低于湖南省衡阳市种群(-17.11℃)、河北省南宫市种群(-19.19℃)和辽宁省锦州市种群(-19.13℃)。新疆棉铃虫滞育蛹在-14、-18、-20和-22℃下的50%个体致死时间分别为229、51、2.79和0.68h,其低温生存能力显著强于内地种群。土壤含水量增加显著降低新疆棉铃虫滞育蛹的抗寒能力,在-16℃下,土壤相对含水量由0%增加到80%,滞育蛹的50%个体死亡时间由189h降至0.74h。依据上述研究结果,结合新疆地区的冬季气候特点提出了棉铃虫在新疆地区的越冬区划。 Cold hardiness of cotton bollworm Helicoverpa armigera (Hubner) , collected from different geographical locations in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, was investigated in this experiment. The results showed that the supercooling points of diapause pupae for Xinjiang populations ranged from - 21. 69-21. 11℃, and were significantly lower than that of the populations from Eastern China. The lethal times of 50% individuals (LT50) of diapause pupae under -14, -18, -20 and - 22 ℃ were 229, 51, 2. 79 and 0. 68h, respectively. This experimental also indicated that the cold hardiness of cotton bollworm could be influenced by soil moisture content, as increase of relative soil moisture content from 20% to 80% , LT50 of diapause pupae under -16 ℃ dropped to 0. 74h from 6. 37h. Based on the above results and climate information, the overwintering areas of cotton bollworm in Xinjiang Region is analyzed in this paper.
