摘要
针对燃气管道中堵塞较为严重或管壁存在坚硬的垢层、锈层时,传统解堵方式难以达到清洗或解堵效果的情况,提出了自进式旋转射流解堵工艺,对关键设备———自进式旋转喷头的关键参数展开了研究,得出了计算公式。
It is difficult for traditional blockage removal methods to achieve cleaning or blockage removal effect when gas pipeline is seriously blocked or hard scaling layer and rust exist on gas pipe wall. A blockage removal technique using self-feeding rotating jet is proposed. The parameter of the key device, self-feeding rotating nozzle, is studied, and the calculation formula is obtained.
