摘要
目的:通过膝关节控制训练,观察其对脑卒中患者因膝伸肌肌力和屈肌肌力严重不平衡导致的膝过伸和患者步行功能恢复的影响。方法:选择脑卒中初次发病患者50例,均自愿签署知情同意书。按入组顺序随机分成两组,即治疗组和对照组,每组25例。两组患者均接受常规的神经内科治疗其中对照组采用常规康复治疗,治疗组除常规康复治疗外均进行"膝关节0°~15°的强化控制训练",观察患者站立和运动过程中有无膝过伸和患者的下肢运动功能与步行能力,进行美国加利福尼亚RLA步态观察分析表和Fugl-Meyer运动量表评定,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗4周后进行效果评定,治疗组25人,有效20例,5例无效;对照组25人,有效14例,11例无效。结论:膝关节控制强化训练可以有效改善脑卒中膝过伸和患者步行功能。
Objective: To observe the knee joint control training, because the knee extensor myo strength and the flexor myo strength serious cause not balanced to the knee which the apoplexy patient to extend with the patient walks the influence which the function re- stores. Methods:The choice apoplexy primary morbidity patient 50 examples, the voluntary signature know the circumstances of the matter the letter of consent. According to enters the group order to divide into 2 groups stochastically, namely treatment group and con- trol group, each group of 25 examples. Two group of patients accept conventional the nerve internal medicine department to treat control group to use the conventional recovery treatment, the treatment group carry on "the knee joint 0°- 15° strengthening control training" besides the conventional recovery treatment, whether there is observes the patient to stand with the rate process in the knee has extend- ed with patient~ lower limb movement function and walk ability, carries on the American California RLA gait observation analytical ta- ble and the Fugl - Meyer movement meter evaluation, compared with two group of treatment results. Results: After treats 4 weeks to carry on the effect evaluation, the treatment group 25 people, the effective 20 examples, 5 examples are invalid ; The control group 25 people, the effective 14 examples, 11 examples are invalid. Conclusion:The knee joint control strengthening training may improve theapoplexy knee to extend effectively with the patient walks the function.
