摘要
运用企业核心竞争力概念解读房地产经营与估价专业核心竞争力内涵,并在此基础上分析专业发展现状,提出专业核心竞争力培育的途径。
On the basis of introducing the concept of enterprise core competitiveness into higher education and analyzing the connotation of the core competitiveness of the real estate management and evaluation specialty,this paper discusses the present development situation of this specialty and proposes approaches to cultivating its core competitiveness.
