摘要 肺癌是全世界发病率和死亡率极高的恶性肿瘤,5年生存期不到15%,尤其在中国,发病率和死亡率居全球前列[1]。目前通过手术、化疗、放疗和综合治疗等手段仍无法控制肺癌的死亡率。肿瘤干细胞（tumor stem cell,TSC）的发现为人们进一步了解肿瘤提供了新视野,
