摘要
通过对多晶硅装置中解吸塔的安全阀计算实例,对外部火灾、换热器爆管、塔进料故障等工况的计算和分析,提出对塔、塔顶冷凝器、塔底再沸器和水冷却器整个系统的安全阀设置的计算方法和思路。如果再沸器低压侧是蒸汽,建议设计爆管工况的爆破片。
Author has Studied Relief Valves' Sources of Overpressure about External Fire, Tube Rupture and Loss of Feed Flow of the Distillation Tower in the Plant of Poly Silicon, for an Example. There have methods to calculate the Safety Valves on the Tower, the Condenser, the Reboiler and the Cooler. For the Tube Rupture of the Reboiler, if the Pressure of the Steam side is lower than the Process side. Author has suggested in apply Rupture Disk to this case.
