摘要
采用湿混、沉淀两步法制备了镍钌/黏土催化剂;以C5和C6糖醇混合物为原料,以乙二醇、丙二醇、丁二醇等低碳二元醇为目的产品,考察了镍钌/黏土催化剂对糖醇混合物氢解反应的催化性能。实验结果表明,与第一步制备的镍/黏土催化剂相比,镍钌/黏土催化剂上C5和C6糖醇混合物的转化率基本相近,达到91.21%;而低碳二元醇的选择性大幅提高,由38.88%提高到74.09%。TEM和XPS表征结果显示,钌粒子以单质或其氧化物形态均匀地分散在镍/黏土催化剂上;添加钌前后镍的形貌和价态未发生变化,呈NiO形态分布。低碳二元醇选择性的提高是由于镍钌协同作用的结果。
A NiRu/clay bimetallic catalyst was prepared through a two-step method(wet blending and then precipitation) and was used in the hydrogenolysis of C 5 and C 6 sugar alcohol mixture to ethylene glycol,propylene glycol and butylene glycol.Compared to Ni/clay catalyst prepared only through the wet blending,the activity of the catalyst prepared through the two-step method was approximate(the conversion of the C 5 and C 6 sugar alcohol mixture was 91.21%) and the selectivity increased from 38.88% to 74.09%.The catalysts were characterized by means of TEM and XPS.The results indicated that Ru deposited on the Ni/clay catalyst without disrupting Ni 2+ particles which could increase the selectivity due to synergistic effect between Ru and Ni.
