摘要
高校学生党员发展、教育和管理是高校学生党建工作的一项重要内容,本文分析了当前高校学生党员发展、教育和管理工作存在的一些问题,并有针对性地从理论认识、制度体制、方法途径等方面提出了加强和改进的建议。在实践上有利于进一步增强高校学生党员发展、教育和管理工作的科学性和有效性。
The development,education and management of college party members is an important part of college students＇ party construction,this paper analyzes some of the problems of development,education and management of current college students party members,and targeted understanding of the theory,system structure,methods way and other aspects of the recommendations to strengthen and improve.Conducive to further enhance the development of college students party members,education and management of scientific and effective in practice.
