摘要
班团干部队伍是学生管理工作的骨干力量,班团干部作为班级的核心,对营造班级学习氛围、提高班级成员凝聚力是非常重要的。本文分析了新时期一个优秀、高效的班团干部的重要性,并且就如何建设这样一个班团干部队伍提出了几点看法。
Class leaders and cadres is the backbone of student management,as the core of the class,they＇re significant to create classroom learning environment,improve members of the class cohesion.This paper analyzes the importance of an excellent,efficient class group of class leaders and cadres in new era and made a few remarks on how to build such a group.
