摘要
结合工程地质环境及施工状况,分析了某地铁深基坑开挖过程中,邻近建筑地面开裂的主要原因,针对这些原因在施工中采取了立即停止开挖并对开挖面进行防护、加大钢支撑轴力等应急措施。通过对酒店与围护结构间的土层进行袖阀管注浆加固、对污水与地表水进行引流、在后期的开挖中严格按照开挖要求、加快主体结构施工进度快速通过影响区域、加强监控量测等措施,有效控制了酒店的沉降,取得了良好效果。
Based on engineering geological environment and construction conditions,the authors analyze the crack cause of adjacent building in some metro foundation excavation.According to the reasons,the authors take emergency measures such as stopping excavation,protection in excavation surface and increasing axis force of steel support.Through the measures of sleeve valve barrel grouting,drainage of wastewater and groundwater,excavation accordance with the requirements,speeding up the main structure construction progress and strengthening monitoring,the settlement is under control and good effect is obtained.
