摘要 目的观察Mason Ⅲ型桡骨小头骨折的治疗方法和疗效评估。方法选取桡骨骨折患者24例,根据骨折情况,采取桡骨小头摘除4例,采取可吸收棒内固定12例,采取克氏针加可吸收棒内固定8例,并观察肘关节活动情况和力量、稳定性、疼痛。结果所有患者随访6~12个月,平均9个月。肘关节评分中,行桡骨小头摘除的肘关节平均评分为83分;行可吸收棒内固定的肘关节平均评分为88分;行克氏针加可吸收棒内固定的肘关节平均评分为81分。行桡骨小头摘除的优良率100%,采取可吸收棒内固定的优良率为100%,采取克氏针加可吸收棒内固定的优良率为100%。结论 Mason Ⅲ型桡骨小头骨折在能够恢复解剖关系的情况下,尽量选择切开复位内固定以重建解剖结构,若无法恢复则采用桡骨小头切除术。 Objective To observe the treatment methods of Mason Ⅲ radial head fracture and evaluate the efficacy.Methods 24 patients with radial head fracture were selected for observation.According to fractures condition,4 cases received excision of radial capitulum,12 cases received internal-fixation with absorbable stick,and 8 cases received internal-fixation with Kirschner wires and absorbable stick.The activity,physical strength,stability and pain of elbow joint were observed.Results All patients were followed up for 6 ~ 12 months with an average of 9 months.The average score of elbow was 83 for excision of radial capitulum,88 for internal-fixation with absorbable stick and 81 for internal-fixation with Kirschner wires and absorbable stick.The excellent rates of three methods were 100%.Conclusions Reposition enchevillement intracontention should be choosen when the anatomic relationship of Mason Ⅲradial head fractures can be recovered,or the excision of radial capitulum should be taken.
