摘要
整体医疗管理模式中病人社会援助的实施能为患者提供一种全新的医疗服务方式,既能使社会工作与现有医学治疗相结合,又能缩短医患之间的距离。文章在分析医院在实施整体医疗管理模式中设立社会援助中心的动因和职能的基础上,总结了过去几年援助工作实施的成效,认为其能为实现"以病人为中心",构建和谐医患关系乃至和谐社会关系奠定良好基础,并对社会援助工作对整体医疗体系的完善作了展望。
The implementation of social assistance for the patients during holistic medicine management mode can provide a kind of brand-new medical service for patients,it can combine the social work with existing medical treatment and shorten the distance between the doctor and the patient.Based on the analysis of reasons and the function in the implementation of social assistance center,we summarized the effectiveness of implementation of assistance work,and indicated that it could help for the realization of ＂patient-centered＂,and build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship and harmonious social relations,and the consummation of social assistance work to the whole medical system is prospected.
