摘要
通过882份问卷调查,采用SPSSIO.0软件进行数据分析,了解毕业生基层就业现状,引导其充分认识到基层就业,可以更好地实现自己的人生价值,同时也加快了社会主义新农村建设的步伐。通过开展基层观念和成才教育,提高基层工作的能力,逐渐建立就业和人才培养质量良性互动的长效机制,进一步推动毕业生到基层就业。有效开展就业教育的研究,对引导毕业生到基层就业有显著的意义。
Through the investigation by questionnaire for 882 students and the data analysis in SPSSIO.0,understanding the employment situation of graduates working in the grass-roots units and guiding them to grass-roots employment can help gradates realize the value of life better.Meanwhile,it also speeds up our steps on building socialist new country.Developing the grass-roots understanding and talent education,we can cultivate their ability to adapt to grass-roots units,establishes the long-term mechanism of the benign interaction between the employment of graduates and talent training and further promotes graduates to work in the grassroots units.The research of employment education is of great significance for guiding graduates to the grass-roots units.
