摘要
目的研究生物可吸收张力带在尺骨鹰嘴骨折治疗中的应用,探讨其可行性及疗效。方法 67例尺骨鹰嘴骨折随机分为2组,观察组34例采用生物可吸收张力带内固定,对照组33例采用钢丝张力带内固定;分别从手术时耗、术后并发症、骨折愈合时间及术后肘关节功能等方面进行对比分析。结果两组病例手术时耗、骨折愈合时间及术后肘关节功能对比无显著性差异;两组骨折均无感染、内固定失效、延迟愈合、畸形愈合、尺神经麻痹或创伤性关节炎等并发症发生;均未出现异物反应。结论生物可吸收张力带内固定治疗尺骨鹰嘴骨折具有操作简便、固定稳妥、便于肘关节功能康复、避免二次手术等优点,是一种理想的内固定方法。
Objective To study the application of Biodegradable Tension Band in the treatment of olecranon fractures,discuss its feasibility and curative effect.Methods 67 cases of olecranon fractures were randoml divided into 2 groups,34 cases of treated group were treated with the biodegradable tension band,33 cases of control group were treated with the tension band of steel wire;the operative time,the postoperative complications,the averages length of the union of fracture and the elbow joint function were compared and the curative effects were analyzed in 2 methods.Results The operative time,the averages length of the union of fracture and the elbow joint function were no statistically significant between the 2 groups;All cases did not have any complications which include the Infection,disabled fixture,fractures delayed union,malunited fractures,ulnar nerve paralysis,traumatic arthritis and rejection.Conclusions The operation of biodegradable tension band fixation was simple,and the biodegradable tension band fixation can provide adequate support for functional exercises,which had the virtue of effective fixation without a second surgery to remove the fixation.It was a good way for the treatment of olecranon fractures with the Biodegradable Tension Band.
