摘要
运用MATLAB中的RTWT/RTW工具箱和PCL-818L/726数据采集卡进行数据实时采集和控制,设计、制作了湿式自动变速器电控系统,构建了基于湿式双离合器变速器的半实物仿真平台。以Simulink模型作为连接物理实物目标的接口,实现了仿真系统的高可视化,大大提高了平台的灵活性。依据该平台对变速器起步、换挡以及电磁阀工作特性进行实时仿真分析。实验结果表明,所建实时混合仿真平台能够准确、实时、有效的反映湿式双离合器自动变速器真实运行特性的目的。
A semi-physical real-time mixed simulation platform for wet dual clutch transmission was build based on MATLAB toolbox RTWT/RTW toolbox and PCL-818L/726 data acquisition card.As the interface to linking physical target,the simulink modle could make the simulation processes visual and vivid,which make the platform more flexible.Meanwhile numeric result of start,shift and work state of solenoid were analysed.The outcome show real-time mixed simulation platform can exact,real-time,effectively reflect the actual characteristics of wet dual clutch transmission.
