摘要
目的:探讨法洛四联症围手术期的护理,以指导临床护理工作,提高护理质量。方法:对笔者所在科2008年1月-2011年8月法洛四联症患者28例围手术期的护理进行分析、总结。结果:28例法洛四联症患者通过围手术期精心护理和术后密切的监护均顺利康复出院。结论:做好法洛四联症围手术期的护理,能够减少并发症的发生,提高手术成功率。
Objective：To investigate the perioperative nursing care of tetralogy of Fallot,in order to guide clinical nursing work,and improve the quality of care.Methods：Analysis and summary the perioperative care of 28 patients with tetralogy of Fallot during Jan 2008 to Aug 2011.Results：Through the perioperative intensive care and close monitoring after surgery,all 28 cases were successfully recovered and discharged.Conclusion：The good perioperative care can reduce the incidence of complications,increase the successful rate of operation.
