摘要
目的:分析妇科少数民族患者住院护理服务难点,总结临床护理经验,不断提高护理质量,为少数民族患者提供更优质的护理服务。方法:对妇科199例少数民族住院患者进行回顾性分析。结果:少数民族患者沟通难度大、病情较复杂是住院期间存在的最大护理难点。结论:针对少数民族特殊的文化背景和沟通困难的状况,采取相应的有效护理对策,尽快促进其适应住院生活,提高住院期间的生活质量,从而使其尽早康复。
Objective：To analyze the care service difficulties of gynecologic minority patients during hospitalization, summarizing the clinical nursing experience and continuously improving the quality of nursing to provide a better quality care service for minority patients. Methods：Conducting a retrospective analysis on 199 cases of gynecological minority hospitalized patients.Results：Minority patients are more difficult to communicate with and their conditions are more complex,it becomes the most difficult care problem during their hospitalization.Conclusion：Because of their minority-specific cultural background and the situation of their communication difficulties, taking appropriate and effective nursing countermeasures, improving the quality of their life during the hospitalization and making them early adapt to the hospital life so that they can recover as soon as possible.
