摘要
农村城市化及其协同效应带来区域资源利用模式变革、进而引发全新的资源持续利用问题。阐述了农村城市化基本理念、分析了中国东部沿海发达地区农村城市化运行机制及农村城市化驱动下的土地利用变革．进而探讨了农村城市化进程中土地资源持续利用问题与对策。
Rural urbanization and its synergic effect leads to the reforming of utilization form of resources and proceeds to cause the new problems of sustainable utilization of resources. This paper expounds the basic concept of rural urbanization, It examines the mechanism of rural urbanization in the developed area in the East of China. and analyzes the reformation of land use under the rural urbanization. And then it probes into the problem and countermeasure of sustainable utilization of land resources during the rural urbanization.
