摘要
针对纤维性能特点,以开发Coolvisions可染丙纶纤维14.8 tex针织纱为例,介绍了原料性能、纺纱工艺流程,优选了各工序工艺参数,采取相应的技术措施,提高了成纱质量,并指出了生产过程中的注意事项。
Based on the characters of the fiber, and taking 14.8tex Coolvisions dyeable polypropylene fiber knitting yarn for an example, raw material as well as optimal spinning process, parameters of each process and appropriate technical measures are introduced in this article to improve the quality of the formed yarn with the attentions in the production pointed out.
