摘要
1998年昆明市宾馆饭店已达 50 0多家 ,年排放废水 3379 79万吨 ,占全市生活污水的2 8 4 %。虽然有部分处理设施 ,但仍不能达标排放 ,应在行业内推行清洁生产 ,开发应用低投资、低能耗的处理设施 ,推广使用免冲厕所 ,同时提高管理水平 。
There were more than 500 hotels and restaurants in Kunming in 1998 with an annual waste water discharge of over 33 million tons,accounting for 28.4% of the sanitary sewage of the whole city.Although these hotels and restaurants are equipped with treatment facilities,the wastewater discharge is far from being standardized.Clean production should be publicized in hotel industry and treatment facilities with low investment and low energy consuming should be developed so as to improve the management and strengthen the law enforcement.
