摘要
研究了线型低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)/木粉复合材料的力学性能及改性方法。结果表明,随木粉含量的增加,LLDPE/木粉复合材料的冲击强度和拉伸强度均下降。用过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)引发聚乙烯交联能显著提高复合材料的力学性能。用表面活性剂对木粉进行预处理后,在改善复合材料加工性能的同时,使复合材料的冲击强度略有提高,但拉伸强度下降。不饱和聚酯与DCP并用有良好的协同性。
The mechanical properties of linear low - density polyethylene/ wood flour composite were studied. The results showed that impact strength and tensile strength of the composite decreased with increasing the wood flour content. Addition of a crosslinking agent, dicumyl peroxide, improved both impact and tensile strength of the composite. When the wood flour was treated by surfactant, the impact strength increased slightly while the tensile strength decreased. Among the surfactants used in the present work, the unsaturated polyester showed good synergism with the crosslinking agent in improving the mechanical properties of the composite.
