艾滋病毒1型表型耐药检测研究进展

Advances in detection of HIV-1 phenotypic resistance

摘要 目前,HIV-1抗逆转录病毒治疗药物的治疗目标是降低病毒载量,提高患者免疫系统功能,但是抗逆转录病毒药物耐药性的出现似乎已经是HIV-1感染者治疗的主要障碍,因此HIV-1耐药检测就成为感染者治疗方案中的重要项目之一。迄今,已有众多研究证明了表型耐药检测对于临床治疗的可靠性与实用性。此文将对目前表型耐药检测研究进展作了综述。 The aim of active antiretroviral therapy now is essential to lower viral load and boost the host immune system, but antiretroviral drug resistance acts as a major impediment in the management of HIV-1 infection. Antiretreviral drug resistance testing has become one of important tools in the therapeutic schedules of HIV-1 infection. The reliability and clinical utilities of phenotypic assays have been demonstrated by many researches. The advances in phenotypic resis- tance study axe reviewed in this article.
