摘要 从硬件和软件方面介绍了10 kV交流耐压试验台的设计。硬件设计中采用了电动调压器,调节输出电压,从而可以方便、准确地实现0~10 kV输出电压的连续可调,调压器与步进电机采用一体式安装,同轴度好,机械连接可靠;软件设计中,利用单片机C语言编程实现交流耐压试验台的各项功能,不但满足了功能要求,而且提高了整个系统的抗干扰性能。经现场测试,运行稳定,可靠。 The design process of 10 kV AC withstanding voltage equipment was introduced from hardware and software. For the hardware, the electdc voltage regulator was used to adjust the output voltage, which could adjust the output voltage conveniently and accurately from 0 to 10 kV in continuous way. The voltage regulator and stepper motor adopted one-piece installation with the good coaxial tolerance, and reliable mechanical connection. For the design of software, the C programming language was used to complete the various functions of the AC withstanding voltage equipment, which could not only meet the functional requirements, but also improve the anti-jamming performance of the system. The field test proves that the operation of the equipment is stable and reliable.
