不同水稻品种孕穗期冷抗的动态分析

摘要 在孕穗期对10个水稻品种进行阶段性低温处理,调查分析花药长度、花粉大小、可育花粉率的降低率与结实率降低率的关系,并采用R=F/S对这些指标进行冷抗动态分析。结果表明,不同品种在孕穗期受到冷胁迫时,花药长度、花粉大小、可育花粉率降低率与结实率降低率显著正相关;不同品种花药长度降低率、花粉大小降低率、可育花粉率降低率的冷抗R峰值出现时期不同,R峰值越高耐冷性越强;F-S曲线冷应力S的屈服应力点越高,品种耐冷性越强;由此鉴定出九02YC-11耐冷性最强,其次是水源381和优育8号。 The correlation of the decrease rate was researched between seed setting rate and anther length,anther volume,ferile pollen rate under periodic low temperature in 10 rice cultivars during booting stage,and dynamic analysis of cold resistance analysis for these traits by using R(cold resistance)=F(cold stress) /S(cold strain).The results showed that the significant positive correlations were observed between decrease rate of seed setting rate and decrease rate of anther length,anther volume,ferile pollen rate under cold tolerance,respectively.The difference was indicated on low temperature treatment period for the peak of cold resistance(R-peak) and cold stress yield point(S-point) using the F-S curve.According the high cold tolerance rice cultivars with high R-peak and S-point,the highest cold tolerance rice cultivars was "Jiu 02YC-11",and next were "Shuiyuan381" and "Youyu 8".
