摘要 稠油热采新工艺应用中前期先导试验时采用光油管注汽,出现注汽热效率低、部分井套管和固井水泥环被破坏等问题。为此,研制了Y341-115热采封隔器等配套工具。配套工具与井筒隔热技术相结合,使浅薄层稠油油藏得到了有效动用和开发。此外还根据现场工艺管柱的特点,配套开发了张力油管锚、大流道单流阀等工具,解决了隔热和反洗井等问题,实现了隔热注采合一的功能。Y341-115隔热封隔器配套工艺技术现场共应用500多井次,其工艺成功率达98%以上,累计节约作业井次400多次,累计增加产油量8 312 t。 Adoption of blank tubing for steam injection in the early-stage test of the new technology for heavy oil thermal recovery gives rise to low heating efficiency in steam injection and damage of casings of some wells and cementing concrete. Therefore, Model Y341 -115 thermal recovery packer was developed. The packer and other matching tools are used in combination with the heat insulation technology of well bore to solve the problems in production satisfactorily and to utilize and develop heavy oil reservoirs of shallow thin layer effectively. In addition the tools including tension tubing anchor and large flow channel check valve have been developed according to the characteristics of the field technological pipestring. As a result the problems such as heat insulation and baekwashing have been solved and the combination of heat insulation, injection and recovery has been achieved. The field application of the matching technology of Model Y341 - 115 thermal recovery packer over 500 well-times has reached a 98% technological success rate. A total of over 400 well-times operation have been cancelled. The accumulative increase of oil output is 8 312 tons.
