摘要
针对我国现有悬挂器结构普遍存在密封性能差、易提前坐封、易发生倒不开扣、卡瓦装置不合理和内径不能满足膨胀筛管膨胀工具串通过等问题,研制了双向卡瓦大通径悬挂器。该悬挂器由双向卡瓦坐封机构、密封部件和防自动解封机构等部分组成。与常规悬挂器相比,采用双向卡瓦坐封机构,坐封后工作状态锚定可靠;采用密封环设计,保证了悬挂器和套管环空的液压隔离;送入工具回收采用机械旋转倒扣螺母方式,使悬挂器内通径达到124 mm。现场试验情况表明,该悬挂器操作简单,坐封可靠,密封能力达到30 MPa,悬挂器内径允许膨胀筛管膨胀工具串通过,适合膨胀筛管防砂完井作业。
In the light of the problems with the existing hangers, a bidirectional slips large-bore hanger was developed. It consists of bidirectional locking setting slips, sealing elements and anti-automatic unsetting device. Compared with conventional hangers, adoption of bidirectional locking setting slips can ensure a reliable anchoring of operating condition after setting. Adoption of the design of seal ring ensures the hydraulic isolation of hanger and casing annulus. Recovery of running tools adopts mechanical rotation of flip-chip nut, making the diameter of the hanger reach 124 mm. The field test shows that the hanger is simple in operation and reliable in setting. Its sealing capacity reaches 30 MPa. The inner diameter of the hanger allows the expandable tool string of the expandable screen pipe to pass through it and thus it is suitable for sand control completion operation.
