摘要
采用同步荧光法测定瑞香狼毒中的总黄酮含量，以芦丁为标准品，选择Ak=50nm，测定h=437nm处的同步荧光强度。结果表明，芦丁的线性范围为2．87-5000μg/L，检出限为0．86μg/L，回收率为98．82％-100．51％，相对标准偏差为0．49％。该法操作简便、准确性好，具有良好的分析应用前景。
Synchronous fluorimetry was applied to assay the total flavanoid in Stellera chamaejasme. The standard sample was rutin, synchronous fluorescence intensity at h=437 nm was determined while Ah=50 nm.The results showed rutin linear range was 2.87-5 000 μg/L, the detection limit is 0.86 μg/L, the recovery was 98.82%-100.51%, and the relative standard deviations was 0.49%. The method was simple, accurate mad had bright future in analytical applications.
