摘要 β-紫罗兰酮和1-膦酸酯基-2-溴乙烷在锌存在条件下,经历偶联反应得到3-甲基-5-(2,6,6-三甲基-1-环己烯-1-基)-2,4-戊二烯基膦酸二乙酯,含量为92%,收率45%,此产物是维生素A和类胡萝卜素的重要中间体. β-Ionone and 1-phosphonate-2-bromo-ethane underwent coupling reaction in the presence of zinc to prepare 3-methyl-5-(2,6,6-trimethyl-1-cyclohexen-1-yl)-2,4-pentadienyl phosphonate,which was an important intermediate of Retinol acetate and carotenoid with a yield of 45% and content of 92%.
