摘要
在高校改革的过程中,沟通机制和沟通效果影响着改革的成效。以哈贝马斯"交往行动"理论作为工具来分析,目前正在进行的高校内部治理改革应当更注重沟通,以实现全体成员对改革目标的认同,从而产生和谐的集体行动。高校改革中的沟通应更注重畅通的信息交流、民主的参与过程以及有效的实践导向。通过健全多主体交互的沟通渠道、丰富沟通形式、改善沟通环境、建立沟通反馈机制,高校改革中的沟通机制将不断提升。
The mechanism and effect of communication plays an important role in the process of the reform in colleges and universities.In the light of Habermas' theory of "communicative action",it is easier to conclude that more efforts need to be made in the communication during the current reform of internal management in colleges and universities.Only by doing so will the reform objective be widely acknowledged by staff members and more collective and harmonious actions will follow.Fluent information exchange,democratic participation and effective practice guidance are supposed to be emphasized in the course of the related reform.The communication mechanism could be constantly enforced by perfecting the channels of multi-agent interactive communication,offering more communicative styles,improving communicative environment and establishing mechanism of the feedback system.
