尊生避患,先分后统——儿科临床教学方法的应用及探讨

摘要 由于社会舆论、学校教学、医院条件以及医患关系等多方面因素的限制,医学实习生临床带教的方法一直处于尝试、摸索阶段,至今尚没有统一的解决方案,尤其儿科的患儿又是特殊群体。故对儿科临床病房带教过程中注意尊重学生、规避病患,采用先分查、后统查的查房带教方法进行了探讨。与传统带教方法比较,实习生管理病患以及学习知识的积极主动性提高,对知识和技能的掌握速度也相对较快。 Due to the multi-factor restriction of social opinion, school education, hospital condition, the relationship between doctor and patient, the instructor of intern has always been on the trying and groping for the new methods, so there is no perfect solution up to now. Particularly, the pediatric patient is special, so in the course of instruction, the students should be respected, patient should be avoided. The study discussed the method of checking wards by the students and doctors respectively, then checking wards together. Compared with traditional method, intern becomes more initiated to deal with patients, and gets more quickly in grasping the knowledge and skill.
