发酵鲜人参中人参皂苷compound K的分离制备

摘要 目的发酵鲜人参中人参皂苷compound K的分离制备。方法利用硅胶柱层析,对发酵鲜人参中人参皂苷compound K进行分离纯化,并通过液相质谱联用仪及核磁共振法对其结构进行鉴定。结果分离得到人参皂苷compound K的纯度为95%以上,纯品得率为0.6%,理论得率为80%以上。结论该方法简单易行,成本较低,适合大规模工业生产和药理活性试验研究。 Obiective Separating and preparating ginsenoside compound K from fermented fresh ginseng. Methods Compound was separated and preparated from fermented fresh ginseng by silica column chromatography, and the structure was identified by HPLC-MS and spectral analysis. Results The purity of ginsenoside compound K was over 95%.The yield was 0.3% and the theoretical yield was over 80%. Conclusion The new method was simple and at low cost using for a large scale for manufacture and pharmacological research.
