摘要
在逐步回归稳健货币政策的背景下,如何正确把握榆林民间融资发展动向和规律,积极引导和规范民间融资健康发展,充分发挥民间融资对榆林经济转变发展方式的积极作用,对于榆林经济能否保持长期平稳较快增长,不但至关重要而且十分迫切。本文对榆林民间融资现状与存在的原因进行分析总结,力图通过相关机制的建立,引导其成为榆林经济发展方式转型的助推器,以此促进榆林经济实现跨越式发展。
Against the backdrop of gradually re-implementation of sound monetary policy, it becomes a pressing task to touch the pulse of financing trend, guide and regulate the private financing, give full play to the financing for economic growth mode transforma- tion for the stable long term rapid and fast growth in Yulin. This article looks into the status quo of private financing in Yulin and tries to establish some relevant mechanism to make it the booster of economic growth mode transformation so as to accelerate the leapfrog growth in Yulin.
