摘要
为加快实现车间物流自动化,配合学校实验演示教学工作的开展,研制开发了基于16位单片机控制系统的实验教学型自动导向车(AGV)。设计了自动引导小车控制系统,阐述了以PIC18F452为核心的AGV控制系统的软硬件设计以及AGV小车与计算机的通讯协议。在已经投入使用中的AGV小车的良好性能证明了其控制方案的合理性和先进性。
To accelerate the workshop logistics and automation, in accord with the developing experimental demonstration of teaching school work, the paper developed a control system of the experimental teaching automatic guided vehicles (AGV). Based on a 16-bit microcontroller which including a design of automatically guide the car control system, key described a PIC18F452 as the core of AGV control system hardware and software design and AGV ear and computer communication protocols. In practice the AGV shows to be in good performance, thus it proves the control plan is reasonable and advanced. [ Ch,7 fig. 11 ref. ]
