摘要
利用1999—2009年高技术产业科技活动的相关统计数据,运用数据包络分析方法(简称DEA),对我国高技术产业的R&D效率进行分析,包括对高技术产业整体和分行业的详细分析研究,获得了我国高技术产业2000—2009年R&D效率的基本情况。结果显示,我国高技术产业逐年增加的R&D活动投入并未得到充分运用,没有表现出R&D投入产出的高效率。针对研究结果,我国高技术产业在以后的R&D活动中,还需注重效率的提高,以减少投入冗余或增加产出。
Using the Data envelopment analysis method (i.e. DEA), it studies the R&D efficiency of High technology industry as a whole and the detailed analysis of industries based on statistical data in the period of 1999 to 2009, and obtains some basic results of the High technology industries. The results show that the investment has increased year by year , but it has not been fully used, and also show that R&D is not efficiency. According to the results, we need to pay attention to the R&D efficiency to reduce the redundancy of inputs or increase outputs in the future.
