基于MFC编程的图像处理在核医学中的应用

摘要 本文主要工作是用MFC编写一个图像处理程序,主要目的就是将以功能显像为主、分辨率相对不高的SPECT骨骼图像做到较精确地显示,使其利于病灶的识别,给一些疾病的早期诊断带来方便,提高临床诊断的准确率。为今后将骨骼的解剖学显像和骨骼的功能成像进行融合以提高清晰度和识别率有关的研究做铺垫。 This paper mainly uses MFC to write an image processing procedure, whose primary aim is that makes the SPECT that has functional image and relatively non-high-resolution to adhieve more accurate image display. That is conducive for lesion recognition, makes convenience for early diagnosis of some certain diseases, and improves the accuracy of clinical diagnosis. It paves the way for the study of improving the clarity and recognition rate through combing the bone anatomy image and bone functional image.
