本文阐述椭圆曲线密码体制和椭圆曲线数字签名算法的原理,以及电子病历中椭圆曲线数字签名与验证的应用方案,从而有效解决电子病历的安全性、机密性和合法性等问题。
In the paper, the basic principles of the elliptic curve cryptosystem （ECC） and the elliptic curve digital signature algorithm （ECDSA） are described, and an application program of the elliptic curve digital signature in the Electronic Medical Record System is introduced. With this scheme, we can provide the security, the safeguard of patient＇ s intimacy, the legitimacy etc. in the electronics medical record.
