摘要
介绍了高速铁路双线隧道仰拱整体浇筑设备的研制及应用,并形成相应的施工工艺。采用自主研制的仰拱模架,能控制仰拱结构尺寸和弧线形状,大大改善了仰拱弧形段的质量,做到了内实外美。通过在沪昆客专项目六竹子隧道中的应用实践证明,仰拱模架在实际操作中切实可行,能有效加快施工进度,改善仰拱施工质量,具有推广应用价值。
This paper introduce in detail the development and application of integral pouring equipment of tunnel invert,which is formatted as the corresponding engineering process.By using self-developed arch frame to control the inverted arch structure size and arc shape,the invert arc section quality and appearance is greatly improved.The inverted arch frame is used in Shanghai-Kunming Passenger Dedicated Line,which in the actual operation is feasible,can effectively accelerate the construction progress,improve the quality of the invert construction,can be applied broadly.
