摘要
为提高DF7K-C型机车车架的静强度和关键部位焊缝的疲劳强度,实现机车车架的轻量化设计,创建了车架以及牵引销与旁承梁底板焊缝的有限元模型,并进行了有限元分析计算。通过分析静强度的计算结果,提出改进方案,包括改变板厚和更换局部板材的类型,加强了车架的强度,满足了设计要求;然后通过疲劳分析计算,确定牵引销与旁承梁底板的焊缝的最大应力幅值,并根据IIW标准得出了焊缝的疲劳寿命,由此提出的焊接工艺的改进措施,有效地提高了焊缝的疲劳强度。
In order to realize the lightweight design of the DF7K-C locomotive fame,enhance its static strength and the fatigue strength of the weld-line of the key parts,we created the FEA model of the locomotive fame and the weld-line of towing pin and the soleplate of bolster.After analyzing the result of static stength,we propose the improvement plans which include changing plate thickness and type of partial plate to enhance locomotive stength.Finally,through the fatigue analysis,the maximum stress amplitude of the weld-line of towing pin and the soleplate of bolster were determined and then the fatigue life of weld-line was determined.Improving measures are put forward for welding procedure.
