摘要
目的 :报告用氧哌嗪青霉素和维生素B12 混合治愈大面积深Ⅳ度褥疮1例的护理经验。方法 :总结治疗护理大面积深Ⅳ度褥疮的全过程。结果 :经过6个月的治疗护理 ,患者成功获治 ,痊愈出院。结论 :用氧哌嗪青霉素和维生素B12 混合外用治疗大面积褥疮有效。
Objective:Report nursing experience on combined use of piperacillin and Vit B 12 in treatment of large area degree Ⅳ bed sore Method:Report whole process of nursing about large area degree Ⅳ bed sore Result:Through 6 months nursing,cured and dismissed Conclusion:Combined use of piperacillin and Vit B 12 can cure serious bed sore successfully
