摘要
沥青基活性碳纤维因其原料便宜且含碳率高、制品比表面积较大而得以迅速发展.分别以沥青不熔化纤维和沥青基碳纤维为原料,经不同活化工艺制得沥青基活性碳纤维.讨论了不同活化工艺参数对活性碳纤维收率、结构及性能的影响,并对基于不同原料纤维的两种制备工艺路线进行了比较.
PACF, which is widely used because of low cost raw materials and high performance products, was produced from pitch - based infusible fiber and pitch - based carbon fiber activated with steam. The effects of different technological parameters and raw material fiber on the yield, properties and structure of the resultant PACF were discussed, and two technical processes to produce PACF were also compared.
