摘要
目的调查住院患者对护理实习生信任度的现状,分析相关因素,并提出应对策略,以提高实习质量。方法采用护患关系信任度量表,对96例住院患者进行问卷调查。结果住院患者对护理实习生有较高的信任度,特别是在一贯性、安心感、尊重方面,对学生在对知识和技术的确信和对未来的信心方面信任度得分相对较低。结论学生具有良好的服务态度,但没有结合患者的实际进行护理。建议学生在掌握患者病情和操作技术的基础上,灵活运用理论知识,注重沟通技巧,促进患者身心和谐。
Objective To investigate the current status of inpatients’ trust for nursing interns,analyze the related factors,and put forward strategies to improve the quality of clinical practice. Methods Ninety-six inpatients were investigated with Nurse-Patient Trust Scale. Results The inpatients showed high trust on student nurses,especially in the aspects of consistency,ease feeling and respect. But the inpatients showed relatively lower trust in the aspects of knowledge and technology authority,and confidence in the future. Conclusions The student nurses have good service attitude. However,they don’t conduct nursing practice considering the actual conditions of patients. It is suggested that nursing interns should use the knowledge flexibly,pay attention to communication skills,and promote the harmony of patients ’ body and mind on the basis of mastering operative technique and the patients’ conditions.
