摘要
对某机型ZTC4钛合金铸件的工艺性进行了分析,介绍了钛合金铸件工艺流程,阐述了超大类钛合金铸件的加工方法,从而总结了钛合金铸件加工的指导性工艺资料。
The paper tries to analyze the manufacturability of ZTC4 Ti-alloy casting of one type aircraft.Based on the introduction of the technololgical process and machining method of this casting,the paper gives the directions of the manufacture of the Ti-alloy casting.
